01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published on the gb444 platform:

• "Platform" means the gb444 website accessible at https://gb444.vu, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "gb444" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the gb444 Platform and all entities acting on its behalf.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gb444 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered account held by a Player on the gb444 Platform, associated with a single identity, email address, and payment method.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds, free bets, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet before Bonus Credits or winnings derived from Bonus Credits become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by gb444 before processing withdrawals or in response to compliance requests.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the gb444 Platform for players based in Bangladesh.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country or jurisdiction from which access to and use of the gb444 Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the gb444 Platform is conditional upon the Player satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gb444 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request age verification documents from any player whose age is in doubt. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be resident in, physically located in, or accessing the Platform from any Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of gb444 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by gb444 or any other gaming operator, at the time of registration or during account operation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any misrepresentation of personal details — including name, date of birth, address, or payment method ownership — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of any payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) you register on your gb444 Account. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

03 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one active gb444 Account. gb444 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate account creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gb444 reserves the right to:

• Close all accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, or payment method;
• Retain any winnings generated across duplicate accounts;
• Apply any outstanding bonus wagering requirements before processing any permitted withdrawal;
• Report the matter to relevant authorities where fraudulent intent is suspected.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any third party. gb444 recommends that players use a strong, unique password and enable all available security features on their account. In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gb444 immediately at [email protected].

gb444 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Bets placed and transactions completed through an account prior to gb444 receiving notification of unauthorised access shall be considered valid.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting gb444 customer support. Upon closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Credits will lapse and any non-withdrawable bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances subject to no outstanding conditions will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

gb444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via payment methods approved and listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in BDT.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to a Player's Account in real time or within the processing window stated for the chosen payment method. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. gb444 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, Players should be aware that their mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply its own service charges in accordance with that provider's terms.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in accordance with gb444's anti-money laundering obligations. gb444 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

KYC Verification: Before a Player's first withdrawal is processed, gb444 will require the Player to complete identity verification. Accepted documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

gb444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, any pending bets funded by the reversed deposit will be voided.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the gb444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type, as published on the Platform. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the gb444 system, it cannot be amended, withdrawn, or cancelled by the Player, except where gb444 expressly offers a cash-out function on the relevant market.
• gb444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or based on information that was materially incomplete or inaccurate at the time of market creation.
• The maximum stake and maximum payout per bet are subject to limits that vary by sport, market type, and Player account status. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be the authoritative source. gb444's trading team will apply the official result once confirmed.
• Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected markets. gb444 accepts no responsibility for bets placed after the relevant event has concluded where there has been a delay in the suspension of the market due to a technical issue.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. The minimum single bet on all sports markets is ৳20.

gb444 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any Player at its sole discretion, including but not limited to reducing maximum stake limits, excluding a Player from specific markets, or requiring manual acceptance of large bets. Such limitations do not constitute a breach of these Terms by gb444.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

gb444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the registration process and, where required, KYC verification in full.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• gb444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited to the Player's account will be honoured subject to the original promotion terms.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb444 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities in Bangladesh:

• Fraudulent Activity: Including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, and identity fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the gb444 Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities or to obscure the origins of funds.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on events in which you have any involvement, influence, or advance knowledge of outcome. This includes cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports covered on the Platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over gb444.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus offers, or market inefficiencies to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, or offensive communication toward gb444 staff or other players through any channel, including customer support chat and email.

08 Privacy & Data

gb444 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players. The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information is governed by the gb444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

gb444 collects personal data including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number, payment method details, and betting and gaming activity records. This data is collected for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalisation of the gaming experience.

gb444 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Player account data is stored on secure servers with access controls restricted to authorised personnel only. gb444 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

09 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform;
• Frame or embed any portion of the Platform within another website or application without the prior written consent of gb444.

The gb444 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of gb444. Unauthorised use of gb444 trademarks in connection with any product or service not operated by gb444 is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb444 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and any services provided through it, including but not limited to implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

gb444 does not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game results, or market settlements;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including promotional material, market commentary, or game descriptions;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures beyond the reasonable control of gb444.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit gb444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination

gb444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's account at any time and without prior notice if gb444 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• The Player is engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk of harm to gb444, other players, or third parties;
• Closure is required to comply with a regulatory obligation, court order, or law enforcement request.

Upon termination for breach, gb444 shall not be required to return any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, where those funds are connected to fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Where the account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

A Player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting gb444 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion closures will be processed within 24 hours of the request.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the gb444 Platform. Players who access gb444 from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

gb444 makes no representation that the services offered through the Platform are available or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the gb444 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before proceeding to register or place any bet.

Any dispute between a Player and gb444 that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. gb444 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

13 Amendments

gb444 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — gb444 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the gb444 Platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. gb444 recommends reviewing the Terms & Conditions at least once per month to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a Player.
